All Vouchers is the register of every receipt, payment, journal and non-GST credit or debit note saved in your books for the financial year so far, one line for each voucher. Narrow it to receipts, to cash or bank, or to one account with Find. Then open a voucher, change it, or print slips for the vouchers you mark. Sales, purchases and other bills are in All Bills.

Open the report

Press Alt+1 for Transactions, B for Receipts, then M for View / Modify / Delete / Print. The register opens with Show set to Receipts; choose * All under Show to list every kind. C Payments, D Journal, and N and O for the non-GST notes open the same register on their own kind. The Vouchers link on an account’s page opens it on * All.

The list covers the financial year from its first day to today, newest voucher first.

All Vouchers for 01/04/2026 to 18/10/2026: 334 vouchers, each with its voucher number, date, type, debit and credit accounts, amount, narration and cheque or UTR number All Vouchers for the year so far, with Show on * All. The status line under the list gives the count and the total: 334 vouchers, ₹1,13,26,901.00.

What it lists

One line for each voucher saved in the period:

  • cash and bank receipts and payments;
  • journals, such as a cash deposit into the bank;
  • non-GST credit and debit notes, which are kept as financial notes.

A line is one voucher, not one entry on it. Bills of every kind are not vouchers, so a sale or purchase is in All Bills. The period is the one in From and To, and both days are included.

Columns

Column What it shows
Voucher No The voucher’s number, such as R/184.
Date The date of the voucher.
Type The kind of voucher, such as Cash receipt, Bank receipt, Cash payment, Bank payment or Journal. Shown when the list has more than one kind.
Debit A/c The account on the debit side. When the side has more than one line, the first account’s name, then a plus sign and the number of further lines.
Credit A/c The account on the credit side, shown the same way.
Amount The voucher’s amount, the total of its debit side.
Party note no. The party’s own number on a received note, when it differs from the voucher number. Shown when a listed voucher has one.
Narration What the voucher is for. In a list of notes the column is Particulars, and shows each note’s particulars on one line.
Chq/UTR The cheque or UTR number. Shown when a listed voucher has one.

All Vouchers with Show set to Receipts, Mode Bank and Find krishna: 76 bank receipts into Krishna Valley Bank C/A, totalling ₹25,50,000.00 Show set to Receipts, Mode set to Bank and Find set to krishna: 76 vouchers, ₹25,50,000.00. Type is not shown because the list holds one kind. Find also matches account names, so every line is a receipt into Krishna Valley Bank C/A.

Choices

Choice What it does
Show * All, Receipts (cash and bank receipts), Payments (cash and bank payments), Journals, Financial notes (credit and debit notes), Credit notes and Debit notes. The screen’s title follows Show. Changing it clears the marks.
From, To The period. They open as the financial year’s first day and the working date. If the dates cross, both become the date you typed.
Mode Shown when the period has a cash or bank voucher: * All (the default), Cash or Bank. Cash lists the cash receipts and payments; Bank lists the bank receipts and payments. Journals and notes are left out when Cash or Bank is chosen.
Find Narrows the list as you type. Every word you type must match a part of the voucher’s number, its first debit or credit account, narration, cheque or UTR number, party note number or note particulars. A word of three or more characters that is not all digits also matches when its letters come in that order, close together.

The choices at Show All, From 01-04-2026 and To 18-10-2026 Show picks the kind of voucher. From and To give the period, which opens at the financial year’s first day.

The columns do not sort. The list runs newest voucher first, and that order is kept.

How the figures are worked out

  • Which vouchers: a voucher is in the list when its date is within From and To, and it is of a kind that Show includes.
  • Amount is the total of the voucher’s debit lines. A receipt of ₹26,800.00 shows 26,800.00 however many lines it has.
  • Debit A/c and Credit A/c name the first line on each side. The count after the name is the number of further lines on that side. Find looks at that first account only.
  • Mode: a voucher is Cash when it is a cash receipt or a cash payment, and Bank when it is a bank receipt or a bank payment.
  • Find narrows the list after the period, Show and Mode, so the total covers what is listed.
  • Total: the sum of the Amount column over the vouchers listed, rounded to the paisa. The status line under the list shows the count and the same total.

Open, mark, print and export

  • Enter opens the voucher. F4 edits it; Ctrl+Delete deletes it from its own screen. See Change or delete a voucher.
  • F2 marks the voucher under the cursor and moves down. F8 marks every voucher listed, or clears the marks.
  • F9 starts a new voucher of the kind in Show: a receipt for Receipts, a payment for Payments, a journal for Journals, and a credit or debit note for those two lists. With * All or Financial notes there is nothing to start.
  • F10 prints the marked vouchers as slips, or the voucher under the cursor when none is marked. Up to 200 vouchers print at a time.
  • Print list prints the check list under the heading ALL VOUCHERS - CHECK LIST: the marked vouchers, or every voucher listed when none is marked, with the columns on screen except Chq/UTR, and a total line. The Chq/UTR column is kept for the Excel export.
  • F12 exports the list to Excel. Copy link gives a link that opens the same list with the same choices.

The print controls: Print slips with F10, and Print list Print slips prints the marked vouchers. Print list prints the check list.

Common questions

Why is a cash sale not in this list? A sale is a bill, not a voucher, so it is in All Bills. Money you receive from a customer and record as a receipt is a voucher, and is listed here.

Why is there no Mode choice? Mode appears only when the period has a cash or bank voucher. Show Journals, for example, has none, so there is no Mode choice.
